  • Fighting Nostalgia

It’s been more than a week now since the last time I blogged. I was interrupted by some social events in the workplace and by some activities at home. I also noticed that I easily get tired lately that I felt the need breath out and rest so I was asleep most of the time. And during my spare time, I can’t help but to watch television these past few days, and it seems to be that it is becoming a part of my routine before I get to bed or after coming from work. That could be a sign of homesickness, a separation anxiety that anyone who’s away from home has to deal with.Image Source: http://thepleat.com/

  • Overwhelming Response to BlogCritics

From Technorati, only then I came across with Blogcritics which from my research, is an online magazine which offers writing reviews in all aspects covering all the contemporary culture and society with more than 3600 registered writers. Image Source: http://www.ryjennings.com

  • Friendster Demolition or Reinvention?

The first time Friendster was introduced was the actual hallmark or the beginning of the interactive social media connection and "Friendster" being the pioneer was considered as the original and even the "father" of all social networks. Image Source: http://atothepandm.files.wordpress.com

  • Technorati: verifying the Claim Token

In order to optimize my blog, I need Technorati to have my blog become more visible in search engine. Unlike here in Blogger.com, in Wordpress.com, blogs can be automatically visible from search engines by adjusting the setting without making too much effort to increase traffic, but since I migrated here, I had to register and claim authorization on my blog. • World Press Freedom Day

What could have been with a world without freedom to express? It could have been a diversity of prisoners in detentions with no chance to claim the rights to be heard. It could have been a place where there is no room to break the silence and the use of mouth to speak is not possible in which the chain and the mode of communication seems to be weak and built without advocacy. Start from Scratch!

Posted by Unknown On 10:38 PM 3 comments

Hi! I have been a frustrated blogger for a long time. I was in wordpress.com before but it seems like I have been encountering so many problems after I started working here in Saudi Arabia, like my system started to run slow and have difficulty now opening and accessing or editing my stuff there. I would have loved to transfer to self-hosted wordpess.org but it requires high maintenance and fees that I am afraid I cannot afford. I admit that I have been influenced by my friend, Sir Rob of Life Saving Solution to come up with an idea of transferring here in blogspot.com which he also suggested and I find it more flexible and easy to work out with starting from the different layouts, themes, and widget applications. Now and again I have to start from scratch.

My name is “Theresa” but you can call me “thess”…but got my name fixed as “theweza” from my previous blog at theweza.wordpress.com,  and now I have it all changed here as “azeweht”, yeah, that’s exactly the way how you would read “theweza” the opposite way. LOL!

Well anyway, I like to blog anything under the sun. I like to express myself in a journal, that’s where I started when I was a kiddo and I had it hidden that time in my closet where no one can see it before. I like to note everything that is happening to me, to express my opinion on some certain issues and topics and all that. I may not be perfectly good in grammar but I am trying to improve myself on it and I do hope that through this blogging system, I may be able to do so.

I do appreciate anything related to arts. I like to sketch and paint. I love to sketch faces of different people and paint anything that captures my attention. I used to do it when I had time when I was in high school and college, but for some reasons, due to life’s circumstances, I stopped. I want to go back doing all these stuffs of course, because somehow, from here, I also manage to release myself from all daily life’s stresses and tensions.

I like to play with charcoals, pencils, and blend colors, be it water color, oil pastels or paints. I find myself being captivated on how I can form objects with simple lines and proper shadings and I do hope that I would be able to post my work of art here on my blog post. Well to do all these requires some motivation, right timing and most importantly proper mood so again, I do hope that I would be able to so.

I also like to make designs and decorate. I want to be more creative and artistic in my own little and simple ways. And if am not a nurse, I could have been an architect or fine artist. :p Well that’s my frustration anyway! LOL! I just wish I was on that field, I know, from these fields, surely, I can easily express myself, and show off who I really am.

I also love photography that's why I always got my camera accompany me in all my walks, be it on an ordinary gatherings, simple occasions, mall hopping, or out of town escapades or adventures. I just simply like to captivate every moment of life because that's how precious it is for me and that's how I treasure it. ^_^

Well, what keeps me busy is what I  am actually doing right now. I am a nurse by profession, but am always an artist by heart. I am currently working as Emergency Room Nurse in a university hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  My work is a challenge for me as well so I am trying hard to keep it, because the work itself gives me a different kind of enthusiasm to be a good health care provider or even better as we become a part of each and every patient's life  in the healing and wellness process. Yeah, it has been really hard for me experiencing all these different set ups and cultural backgrounds as I started working here in a foreign land, well I have to adopt.

Now, going back… allow me to express myself here, opinions, criticisms and whatever feedback you have in mind will always be highly appreciated. I am very much open for any improvements so join me on my little experience on walking through the journey of life. Again, this is “Azeweht”, signing off! Have a great day! Godspeed! =)
